Client: Building and Construction Firm - FLEET SIZE 50 CARS
Background
AVC were asked to takeover from their existing supplier. Their existing arrangements consisted of contract hire non-maintained without sourced maintenance.
AVC were able to supply a competitive contract hire package on behalf of their client by providing maintenance within this facility. AVC also negotiated terms with VW and Ford. AVC were also able to provide a flexible pre-contract car scheme for new and existing employees where necessary.
The transitional period was assisted by Ogilvie Fleet who took over the management of the existing non-maintained vehicles. Each new contract was written on a fully maintained basis together with Motor Club and Accident Management.
Summary
AVC were able to improve on manufacturers terms on behalf of their client. We were also able to provide competitive contracts together with additional facilities not previously taken such as Motor Club and Accident Management. The pre-contract cars are proving extremely popular, especially where new employees are concerned (during a probationary period).
